CHICAGO — Roll & Roll has purchased 2310 West 58th Street in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood for $2.9 million. The 137,688-square-foot facility features 18- to 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 6,364 square feet of office space, five interior depressed docks, 12 cranes, four drive-in doors and heavy power capability. The buyer is a family owned metal fabricator company that specializes in stainless steel products for the meat and food industries in Chicagoland.
