RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIF. — Apartment Income Investors has sold Thomas Winery Plaza, a shopping center located along Route 66 in Rancho Cucamonga.
An undisclosed buyer acquired the asset for $24 million. CVS/pharmacy anchors the 99,838-square-foot shopping center.
