The property is located in Manhattan’s East Village and consists of four apartments and two retail units. Amit Doshi, Ron Cohen, Shallini Mehra and Shlomo Gelernter of Besen represented the seller, who was undisclosed, in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
