ROMULUS, MICH. — DHL Global Forwarding has signed a 100,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal, located at 11400 Metro Airport Center Dr. in Romulus. Brad Viergever and Mark Hamway of Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates represented IAC Metro, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
