MINOOKA, ILL. — Electrolux has signed a 500,000-square-foot lease at the 965,183-square-foot Minooka Ridge Building II, located at 801 Midpoint Rd. in Minooka. Chris Wood, Anthony Burns and Jordan Decker of UGL Services' Chicago office represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. James Estus of Colliers International's Rosemont, Ill., office represented the landlord, Opus Development Corp., with Greg Terwillinger and Mike Yungerman of Opus.
