NEW YORK — CIM Group and Macklowe Properties have topped off the iconic 432 Park Avenue at 1,396 feet. The luxury residential condominium tower is now the highest rooftop in New York City, rising above icons of the Manhattan skyline, including the Empire State Building at 1,250 feet and the Chrysler Building at 1,046 feet in height.

“The topping out of 432 Park Avenue ahead of schedule is a testament to the efforts of CIM’s internal investment and development resources and the talented project team assembled to reach this important milestone toward the completion of 432 Park Avenue,” says Avi Shemesh, principal and co-founder of CIM Group.

Located on Park Avenue between 56th and 57th streets, 432 Park Avenue will offer residents views of New York City, from Central Park to the Atlantic Ocean and Lower Manhattan to Connecticut. The new skyscraper is set to welcome its first residents next year.

Remaining residences at 432 Park Avenue range from 3,575 square feet to 8,255 square feet, and include half-floor residences as well as select full-floor penthouse units. Prices range from $16.95 million to $95 million, according to reports.

Architect Rafael Vinoly designed the tower, which includes architectural concrete featuring 10-foot-by-10-foot windows. The tower houses 104 luxury condominium residences that begin 356 feet above the ground. The residences — designed by Deborah Berke — also boast 12.5-foot finished ceiling heights, solid oak flooring, Italian marble countertops and the finest interior finishes and appliances.

Residents at 432 Park Avenue will experience exclusive five-star building services and 30,000 square feet of amenities including: a private restaurant; outdoor garden for dining and events; spa and fitness center with sauna, steam and massage rooms; 75-foot indoor swimming pool; library; lounge; billiards room; screening room and performance venue; children’s playroom; and boardroom.

General contractor Lend Lease LMB Inc. is providing construction services for the project. To date, more than 6,500 trucks of concrete have been delivered to the site, where the skilled workforce has placed over 70,000 cubic yards of concrete and 12,500 tons of rebar.

“We’re very proud to celebrate the topping out of this world-class project that has reshaped the New York City skyline,” says Anthony Mannion, principal-in-charge at Lend Lease. “I want to acknowledge the combined efforts of CIM Group, Macklowe Properties, our design and construction partners and the Lend Lease project team for reaching this important project milestone, and especially thank the trades people who have worked tirelessly to get us to this point.”
