LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. — Global Experience Specialists has renewed a 199,505-square-foot least at IDI's Westfork Business Park in Lithia Springs. Gordon Benedict of Cushman & Wakefield represented GES in the transaction. Bob Tardy served as in-house represention for IDI. Also at Westfork Business Park, Bunzl Distribution Southeast LLC has signed a 228,576-square-foot lease, which includes a 76,192-square-foot expansion.
