The garden-style complex was built in 1997 and is located 15 miles southeast of downtown Nashville. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Communal amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, breakfast bar, fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and package receiving service. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
