Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Sonic Development, a division of automotive retailer Sonic Automotive. Ryan Johnson of SRS Realty represented the seller, Algonquin Realty LP. Sonic Automotive is a Fortune 500 company that also offers vehicle maintenance, collision repair, insurance and financing services.
