Trey Fricke and Reid Bassinger of Lee & Associates represented the seller, 2001 110th Street Grand Prairie LLC, in the transaction. Todd Hubbard of NAI Robert Lynn represented the buyer, Dealer Industries LLC, a Carrollton-based research and consulting firm.
