$25.9 MILLION LOAN ARRANGED FOR HOUSTON APARTMENTS
HOUSTON — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has secured a $25.9 million loan for Sawyer Heights Lofts, a Class A apartment complex in Houston. The 326-unit property is located on 5 acres at 2424 Sawyer Heights St. The Freddie Mac loan carries a 10-year, fixed-rate term. HFF's Scott Galloway, Matthew Kafka and Robert Wooten arranged the loan.
AUTOMOTIVE FIRM LEASES SPACE IN DALLAS
DALLAS — Hilite Industries Automotive has leased 10,915 square feet from Alexander Plastics in Dallas. The industrial property is located at 12013 Denton Drive. Nathan Denton and Hanes Chatham of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. NAI Robert Lynn's James Collins represented the landlord.
TEX-MEX RESTAURANT SIGNS LEASE IN FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER
FRISCO, TEXAS — Tex-Mex eatery Tupinamba's will move into a 5,000-square-foot space in The Shops at Starwood in Frisco this summer, opening a restaurant named Tupy's. The property is located at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road. Tenants recently added to The Shops at Starwood include Pappagallo's Classique, Pierce Hardware and Ginny's Underworld. Real Street Properties and SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the Tupinamba's lease.
