LAS VEGAS — Marnell Properties has announced plans to expand Marnell Airport Center at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. The expansion will include two buildings totaling more than 133,000 square feet of new light office and industrial space within the master-planned airport development and Foreign Trade Zone.
The new buildings will be located off Spencer Street and Russell Road. The expansion is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2017. At that time, Marnell Airport Center will span across 14 acres, with two industrial buildings totaling 133,000 square feet, an 80,000-square-foot office building and an additional 6,300-square-foot building.
