COLUMBIA, S.C. — Robert King of Columbia-based NAI Avant has brokered the sale of 35 acres, bordering Farrow, Clemson and Killian roads, to two individual buyers, for a total of $8.5 million. C. Towne One purchased an 18-acre tract for the development of McDaniel’s Acura and Porsche dealership, and the remaining 17 acres were acquired by I-77 LLC.
