HOUSTON — NAI Partners represented Stag Industrial Holdings LLC in the acquisition of a 185,000-square-foot manufacturing building located on 16.8 acres at 1020 Rankin Road in Houston. STAG Industrial is a real estate company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single-tenant industrial properties.
