LOS ANGELES — Omninet Capital LLC has purchased the four-building Los Angeles Corporate Center in the Monterey Park submarket for an undisclosed sum. The office campus is located at 900, 1000, 1200 and 1255 Corporate Center Drive.
The Class A campus contains a total of 394,524 square feet. It is 95 percent occupied with tenants like the State of California, Los Angeles County, State Compensation Insurance Fund, Synermed and AT&T.
