111,850 SQUARE FEET OF INDUSTRIAL SPACE LEASED

LOVES PARK, ILL. — Ipswich, Mass.-based United Pipe & Steel Corp. has signed a deal to lease 111,850 square feet of industrial space at 1200 Windsor Road in Loves Park. The 557,000-square-foot distribution facility is located approximately 5 miles west of Interstate 90-39. The lease is valued at approximately $1.5 million.
