AMES, IOWA — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a single-tenant, net-leased property, which is located at 238 Alexander Ave. in Ames. The 16,700-square-foot FedEx Shipping Center sold for $950,555. Thomas DeWaay and Glen Kunofsky of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller. The buyer was not released.
