KANSAS CITY, KAN. — BNE Pallet Recycling Corp. has inked a deal to lease 19,200 square feet of industrial space at 401 Funston in Kansas City. MMGP LLC leased the space to BNE Pallet for an undisclosed price. Douglas Hedrick of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group represented the tenant; Brent Peterson and Nathan Anderson of Harbinger Property Group represented the landlord in the deal.
