SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Michael James of NorthMarq Capital has secured $3.5 million in financing for a 74,000-square-foot Syracuse office building. Located at 225 Greenfield Parkway, the property houses Brookfield Renewable Power. The 10-year loan, which carries a 25-year amortization schedule, was financed by a federal credit union.
