VERNON HILLS, ILL. — Germany-based Probat Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for an industrial facility located at 601 Corporate Woods Parkway in Vernon Hills. Situated within Corporate Woods Business Park, the property is expandable by 20,000 square feet. Probat is a manufacturer and retailer of coffee roasting machines, equipment and plants.
