EARTH CITY, MO. — Becker Glove International has leased 62,500 square feet of industrial space at 4240 Rider Trail in Earth City. Carl Conceller of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant; Sansone Group represented the landlord, The Realty Associates Fund V, in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not released.
