IRVING, TEXAS — Wel Cos. has signed a 69,839-square-foot industrial lease with ProLogis. The property is located at 9010 N. Royal Lane in Irving. Mitch Pruitt represented ProLogis internally. Greg Nelson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
