FENTON, MICH. — DMCD LLC has acquired an industrial property in Fenton for an undisclosed price. Located at 340 N. Fenway Dr., the property offers 74,919 square feet of industrial space. The buyer, a full service recycling company, plans to use the space for plastic, paper and cardboard recycling. Terry Kittleson, Jeff Bell, Chuck Ginster and Gene Agnone of CB Richard Ellis’ Detroit office represented the seller, Lear Corp., in the transaction.
