80,000-SQUARE-FOOT MOB SOLD FOR $10.85 MILLION IN SAN ANTONIO

SAN ANTONIO — Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust has sold an 80,000-square-foot, Class A medical office building to an undisclosed buyer for $10.85 million. The San Antonio property was built in 2005 and is fully leased to Coventry – First Health. Craig Tomlinson of Stan Johnson Co. represented both parties in the transaction.
