SAN ANTONIO and AUSTIN — Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has brokered the following transactions:
- Redland Trails Shopping Center, a 32,923-square-foot property at 2838 N. Loop 1604 East in San Antonio. Marcus & Millichap’s Chad Knibbe and Stephen Berchelmann represented the seller in the transaction. Redland Trails’ tenants include El Chapparal and Pinky’s Nail Salon & Spa.
- Elm Park, a 16-unit multifamily property located at 8625 Fireside Dr. in Austin. Elm Park is comprised of eight one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units. Marcus & Millichap’s J. Patrick Burke and Kent Myers represented the seller in the transaction.
- Nimitz Plaza, a 6,950-square-foot retail property located at 5427 Blanco Rd. in San Antonio. Nimitz Plaza is an infill retail center located across the street from Nimitz Middle School. Marcus & Millichap’s Bethany Babcock and Chad Knibbe represented the seller, and Stephen Berchelmann of Marcus & Millichap secured and represented the buyer.
