HOUSTON AND THE WOODLANDS — The Woodlands-based J. Beard Real Estate Co. has brokered two transactions in Texas:
• Shami Enterprises has purchased a 14.93-acre parcel of land at the intersection of Richey and Hardy Toll roads in Houston for industrial development. Randy Sparks and Josh Feinberg of J. Beard represented the seller.
• Victory Healthcare has leased 10,876 square feet of office space at 2201 Timberloch Place in The Woodlands. Lisa Hughes of J. Beard brokered the transaction.
