RICHARDSON — KDC is developing two powered shell data centers totaling 244,000 square feet, located at 850 and 950 E. Collins Blvd. at the Digital Dallas Datacampus in Richardson. KDC is developing the two facilities on behalf of Digital Realty. In addition, KDC also recently completed a 112,000-square-foot data center, which was the first ground up data center built at Digital Dallas Datacampus. Both of the powered shell data centers are slated for a year-end 2012 delivery.
