HOUSTON — Suretech Completions Inc. has leased 35,000 square feet of industrial space at Wright Road Industrial Park, located at 12014 FM 529 in Houston, with landlord and developer United Equities Inc. Travis Land of NAI represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Paul Segreto of CBRE represented the tenant.
