LIG ASSETS PURCHASES TYLER PROPERTY FOR NEW HOTEL

TYLER, TEXAS — Dallas-based LIG Assets Inc. has purchased a tract of land on Gentry Parkway in Tyler for the construction of a new hotel. LIG acquired the tract from OM SHRI JJB LLC.
