INGLEWOOD INDUSTRIAL BUILDING SELLS FOR $3M

INGLEWOOD, CALIF. — A 16,400-square-foot industrial building in Inglewood has sold to DoorKing for $2.93 million. DoorKing has occupied the building, located at 112 S. Glasgow Ave., for more than 10 years. The entry and control systems manufacturer will utilize the building for warehousing and office space. Its manufacturing operations are housed in some of the surrounding buildings. Randy Kobata of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura represented both the buyer and the seller, 26^th Street Partners, in this transaction.
