It was fully leased at the time of sale. Dehghani represented itself in the sale, while Paul Lafrenz, Paul Komadina and Melissa Foster of the CBRE San Diego Private Capital Group and Scott Kincaid, also of CBRE, represented the seller, Barrington Corp.
