ALCO was represented by Darren Mullins and Erik Parker of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The seller, CRE LJ CA, LLC c/o OneWest Bank, was represented by Tim Winslow, Jason Kimmel, Kevin Nolen, Trevor Jenson and Regan Tully, also of Cassidy Turley.
