It is located at 1128 East Leland Road in San Francisco’s East Bay region. The seller, Friedkin Realty Group, was represented by Stanford Jones, Philip Saglimbeni and Salvatore Saglimbeni of Institutional Property Advisors and Kevin Turner of Marcus & Millichap.
