Longpoint Acquires Three Industrial Properties in Metro Los Angeles Totaling 321,479 SF

CITY OF INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE, CALIF. — Boston-based Longpoint has purchased three industrial buildings in Los Angeles County totaling 321,479 square feet. The properties all feature vacancy rates of two percent or less.

The properties include:

• John Reed Commerce Center, a 275,600-square-foot infill industrial park in City of Industry.
• 2854 Supply Ave., a 24,968-square-foot industrial building in Commerce.
• 6480 Corvette St., a 20,911-square-foot cold-storage property with 8,000 square feet of cooler space and 1,344 square feet of covered refrigerated dock-high loading in Commerce.

Cushman & Wakefield National Industrial Advisory Group brokered the transaction for John Reed Commerce Center, and Alex Blecksmith of Colliers brokered the transactions for 2854 Supply Ave. and 6480 Corvette St.
