Quantum Commercial Group Brokers Sale of 9,400 SF Office Space in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — Quantum Commercial Group has arranged the sale of a 9,400-square-foot office space at 118, 120 and 122 E. Kiowa St. in Colorado Springs. Spaces Ltd. sold the asset to IV Goats LLC for $2.4 million.
