GREENSBORO, N.C. — Crescent Communities has sold AXIAL Liberty Commerce, a newly completed, 173,280-square-foot industrial facility located in Greensboro, to Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. The purchase price was $23.5 million, according to the Triad Business Journal. Jason Ofsanko and Jordan Mitchell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. Partners for the industrial project included First Horizon (lender), Bolton & Menk (civil engineering), Crescent Communities Construction (general contractor), DMA Architecture (architects) and Geo-Hydro Engineers (geotechnical and environmental engineering).
Spanning 18 acres, AXIAL Liberty Commerce includes 2,804 square feet of office space, 171 car parking spaces, 20 trailer parking spaces, 32-foot clear heights, 47 dock-high doors and three drive-in doors.
