Springwell Village features two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Select homes include basements and there is a combination of attached and detached garages. Amenities include a walking trail, covered community pavilion with barbecue area and pet-friendly outdoor spaces. Capital Eleven Management will assume day-to-day operations.
