LEXINGTON, S.C. — Northmarq has negotiated the $5.6 million sale of Sweetbriar Apartments, a 48-unit community located at 200 Libby Lane in Lexington, a suburb of Columbia, S.C. The garden-style property was built in 1988 and includes one- and two-bedroom layouts.
Charis Capital purchased the property from InterMark Management Corp. Dane Lozier, Ron Corrao, Eric Liebich, Scott Fuller and Matthew Weinstein led the Northmarq team in representing the seller in the transaction.
