CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Modern Home Concepts, a provider of residential flooring products, has signed a 57,361-square-foot industrial lease in the northern Dallas metro of Carrollton. The space is located within Valwood Business Park and includes dedicated truck parking and potential outdoor storage space. Corbin Blount and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Link Industrial Properties, in the lease negotiations. Christian Moore of Mercer Co. represented the tenant.
