DALLAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 26,600-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 616-626 W. Mockingbird Lane was completed in 1978 and totals 46,400 square feet. Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Brookfield Asset Management, in the lease negotiations. Nick Melbye of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant, an entity doing business as Render Collective LLC.
