Equus Acquires 569,132 SF Industrial Park in Cartersville, Georgia

CARTERSVILLE, GA. — An affiliate of Equus Capital Partners Ltd. has acquired Allatoona Business Center, a three-building, 569,132-square-foot industrial park in the northern Atlanta suburb of Cartersville. The acquisition was completed through a “programmatic joint venture.” Further details of the transaction were not released, including the identity of the seller.

Delivered in 2024, Allatoona Business Center features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED warehouse lighting, 185-foot truck courts and 60-foot concrete aprons. The industrial park was 88.5 percent leased at the time of sale to seven tenants.
