NEEDHAM, MASS. — Onyx Partners has purchased a historic building in Needham, a southwestern suburb of Boston, for its new headquarters. The regional investment and development firm will redevelop the former You-Do-It Electronics Center building at 40 Franklin St., which was completed in 1965 and closed in 2024. Plans call for a modernization of the building interior and exterior, the upgrading of utility and mechanical systems and the adding of new office finishes. A tentative completion date was not announced.
