Charter Senior Living Breaks Ground on 162-Unit Project in West Chester, Pennsylvania

WEST CHESTER, PA. — Charter Senior Living has broken ground on a 162-unit project in West Chester, located roughly 30 miles west of Philadelphia. Charter Senior Living of West Chester will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care residences. Charter is developing the project in partnership with Paradise Management. Completion is scheduled for late next year.
