WALLER COUNTY, TEXAS — Clay Development & Construction Inc. has broken ground on a 31,800-square-foot speculative industrial project in Waller County, located northwest of Houston. The building will be situated on a 2.4-acre site within Pederson West Business Park and will feature 120-foot truck court depths, 23 parking spaces and build-to-suit office space. Completion is slated for early next year.
