PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — California-based investment firm Haven Housing has acquired Wells Park Apartments, a 264-unit multifamily complex in the northern Austin suburb of Pflugerville. Built in 2018, the property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities such as a pool, fitness center, resident clubhouse, business center and outdoor gathering spaces. Kevin Dufour, Matt Pohl, Spencer Roy and Forrest Bass of Walker & Dunlop represented Haven Housing in the transaction. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
