MIAMI — Berkadia has arranged the $62.3 million sale of The Grove at 3250 Mary, a five-story, 80,000-square-foot office building located on a 1.3-acre site in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
An entity doing business as Mary Street 3250 LLC purchased the asset from Azora Private Solutions and Vizcaya Capital. Omar Morales and Jaret Turkell of Berkadia’s South Florida office represented the sellers in the transaction.
