RIVERSIDE, CALIF. — CBRE has facilitated the sale of Turtle Creek Apartments in Riverside. Turtle Creek Residential LLC sold the asset to SC El Camino LLC for $34.5 million in an off-market transaction. Eric Chen and Blake Torgerson of CBRE handled the deal.
