COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — Gantry has arranged a $24.4 million Freddie Mac permanent loan for The Edison at Chapel Hills, an apartment building in Colorado Springs’ Briargate neighborhood. Joe Monteleone and Bonnie Monteleone of Gantry arranged the loan on behalf of the undisclosed borrower. The 10-year, nonrecourse, fixed-rate loan includes partial-term interest-only payments followed by a 35-year amortization schedule.
Situated on 7 acres at 970 Menlo Park Point, The Edison at Chapel Hills features three four-story buildings offering a total of 171 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Residences feature modern kitchens, vinyl plank flooring and individual washers and dryers. Community amenities include a heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, golf simulator, pet spa and a dog park.
