NORTH MIAMI, FLA — Integra Investments, in partnership with the City of North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), has begun preleasing for Lakeview at Nomi, a 342-unit mixed-income apartment complex located in North Miami. Move-ins are expected to begin in November. The seven-story building features 34 units reserved for residents earning 60, 70 and 80 percent the of the area median income (AMI), and the remaining units will be reserved for residents earning up to 120 percent of the AMI.
Lakeview at Nomi features one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, as well as select floorplans with dens and four live-work residences. Apartments range in size from 605 to 1,245 square feet, while live-work units span approximately 1,280 to 1,915 square feet.
Amenities at the complex will include a resort-style swimming pool and pool deck with a summer kitchen; fitness center; dedicated coworking space; central courtyard; clubhouse that features a lounge and coffee bar; playground; enclosed dog park; and a 528-foot linear park.
The project team for Lakeview at Nomi includes Anillo Toledo Lopez Architecture (architect); Integra Build, Integra Investments’ in-house construction arm (general contractor); ID & Design International (interior designer); Valentina Interior Design (art curation); and EGS2 (landscape architect). In addition, TRG Management will lead leasing and property management at the community, which is designed to achieve National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Silver standards.
