MILFORD, MASS. — Regional brokerage firm Atlantic Capital Partners (ACP) has negotiated the $8 million sale of Milford Square, a 50,326-square-foot shopping center located about 40 miles southwest of Boston. The neighborhood center is home to a mix of service-oriented and necessity-based tenants, including the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. Justin Smith, Chris Peterson, Danielle Turpin and Matt Ericson of ACP represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.
